Maddi Hinchey brings over six years of experience in special education to her role as the Employment Director for the Redwood SEED Scholars Program. Prior to this, she worked at an inclusive higher education program at a small university in Philadelphia. Maddi is excited to support scholars with securing meaningful internships and employment opportunities both on and off campus. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and exploring hiking trails.
