The Redwood SEED Scholars have a diverse academic experience throughout their four years. This is guided by the Person-Centered Plan created at the beginning of Year One and updated in the fall of each year.
We have a cohort model to build a network and community of learners. The Redwood SEED Scholars have each other as a support system in addition to their other degree-seeking peers, professors and staff that are in their daily lives.
Foundational Courses
Fall quarter of their first year, Redwood SEED Scholars take six foundational courses with their cohort. Read more about each of these courses and their benefit to our students.
Courses at UC Davis
In addition to the Foundational Classes, the Redwood SEED Scholars will begin taking UC Davis courses for P/NP credit during Winter Quarter of their first year.
